Search Collier Registry Without a Name
FDLE requires at least one of first name, last name, city, county, or ZIP code. That means a Collier County registry search can leave both name fields blank and select Collier from the county dropdown. The result set then returns registrants matching that geography and the chosen status filters.
Use the smallest honest area. A ZIP search can be narrower than the county, while the neighborhood interface supports location-based review. Partial names are also accepted. Collier Sex Offender Registration
A registrant entering Collier County must report to the Collier County Jail Center at 3347 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, within 48 hours. CCSO directs visitors to Garage #1 and says the Naples Jail Addition is about a two-minute walk away. Bring valid identification. First-time registrants should also bring judgment and sentencing or disposition papers.
The local fees are $75 for initial registration, $25 for re-registration, and $10 for an information update. CCSO states that payment is cash only and a receipt is supplied. After initial registration, the person must report to the Florida driver-license agency within 48 hours with proof to obtain or update identification bearing the required notation. Failure to report is a third-degree felony.
Registration gathers more than a public search card shows. CCSO records names, aliases, physical traits, photos, contact points, internet identifiers, residence dates, occupation, employer, vehicles, conviction facts, fingerprints, palm prints, passports, and immigration information when applicable. That intake supports verification and agency work. Public display remains limited by Florida law and the registry's release rules.

Florida's registry is the best source for Florida registration detail. The U.S. Department of Justice's NSOPW search adds participating jurisdictions when a person has lived, worked, studied, or registered outside Florida. It is a supplement, not a replacement for the FDLE profile.

Florida Registration Levels and Requirements
Florida uses state categories, not the federal Tier I, II, and III labels as a description of its public registry. A sexual predator has a qualifying conviction plus a written court designation, or a qualifying civil-commitment designation. Adult sexual offenders and qualifying juvenile registrants have different re-registration patterns.

Some eligible offenders may petition after at least 25 sanction-free years following lawful release from all sanctions and supervision. Serious listed convictions are excluded. Removal is not automatic.

CCSO links a neighborhood map and email alerts when a registrant moves. Florida also requires predator community notification to licensed child-care sites and schools within one mile. The 1,000-foot residence restriction in section 775.215 applies to covered convictions, not every person shown in Collier County results.
