Choose the Right Collier Search

Collier Specialty Criminal Dockets
Collier County assigns official Mental Health and Veterans Court dockets. Their chambers are in Suite 205 at the Naples courthouse, with a published contact number of (239) 252-8110. These are court-controlled programs, and eligibility or referral cannot be inferred from a public case label alone.
A specialty docket does not create a separate statewide rap sheet. The Collier County clerk record remains the source for public filings, hearings, rulings, and disposition. When a docket entry uses a short program name, ask Clerk Courts what public document explains that event rather than guessing at the participant's status.
Case Record Access & Restrictions
Florida Rule 2.420 governs judicial-record access. Nonconfidential files are open, but protected identifiers, victim information, juvenile material, and sealed records may be removed or withheld. A restricted remote image can have a different access status from the public docket index.
