Use the custodian that holds the specific Collier County record:
- Court case files: see criminal court case records, or contact the Collier Clerk
- Criminal histories and personal review: contact the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, Division of Criminal Justice Information Services
- Arrest, booking, and jail records: contact the Collier County Sheriff's Office
- Official Florida checks: order through FDLE's authorized channel
- Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
- Expungement and record sealing: file with the court that heard the case
